PROCEDURE FOR SUBSCRIBING TO LATIN AMERICAN PEDIATRIC NEPHROLOGY ASSOCIATION (ALANEPE).

Send via e-mail:

  1. Application Letter (Article 5-Estatutes)
  2. Current Summary of the Curriculum Vitae (Article 5-Estatutes) (Maximum 3 letter sized pages, font: Arial 12)
  3. Certificate of Pediatric Nephrologist given by the granting Institution. (Article 5-Estatutes)
  4. Presentation letter issued by the Branch, Chapter, Sectional, Association, Nephropediatric Society of the country (if non existent, disregard) (Article 5 - Statutes)
  5. Name and e-mail of 2 members of ALANEPE that know you and to whom references may be requested. (Article 5 –Statutes)
    (We suggest that you send more than 2 members names , if possible, as this speeds up the process)

NOTE:

  • It is recommended to review the statutes of the Association, for the knowledge of the applicant.
  • The originals, or certified copies, may be requested by ALANEPE (Article 6-Estatutes), to be sent via Mail type Courrier.
